At Beyond Polish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on most unused and unopened products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like open nail lacquers and cosmetics cannot be returned.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Package Your Items

Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that a small return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
